We didnt have a great experience at Kenny Kent for this particular service. Our tire pressure warning light was on after a tire rotation. This isnt the biggest deal as the sensors are supposedly pretty sensitive. The REAL problem was after an on oil change I noticed a shockingly large puddle of oil on the floor of my garage. I had to take it back to the dealership and they told me it was either an improperly installed oil filter or an unseated drain plug. Worrisome for a basic service.

My highlander windshield has cracked in 2019, 2020, and now 9 months later, it has cracked again. An engineer from Toyota made a wise crack that my wife needs to quit driving behind gravel trucks. I called the national number and talked to 3 different employees with no avail. The district manager from Chicago also said that Toyota would not cover my recent crack. I was told that the odds of this happening was a million to one!! I agree. I have a case number if interested.Four Toyotas isenough

My CERTIFIED pre owned vehicle had to have new front brakes and rotors put on like two weeks after I bought it (was brought to their attention sooner than that) and I had concerns regarding a feature not working properly and fought with them for an additional week, even though it was brought to their attention at the same times of the rotors, and in the weeks span I was told it was fine and it was working as it would if it just rolled out of the factory (it was not), i was told that my car didn't have that feature (it FORSUR... read more

Difficult to make appointment, no one called me back after messages were left. I had to keep calling in. Afterwards, did not review anything with me. Paperwork states tires were rotated, but they were not. I have a slow leak in one tire, and a week later when I had to fill it up it was in same place. Makes me wonder what else wasn't done.

Make sure you check your tires after they charge you for a tire rotation. Charged my daughter for a tire rotation they never did. They can't get the email information correct. It is my daughter's car and my wife and I still get her emails even after she has told them to get the right email address. The service manager was sexist toward my daughter not realizing she has some type of mechanical understanding of her own car.

Not the best, communication was not good, car not ready when told it would be, the cost to repair was high. The girl processing my payment was not the friendliest. Just overall NOT impressed
