I think they are knowledgeable about the Twin Cities market and do a good job of broadly marketing homes. They have a huge internet presence. Our main concerns were that 1) Cristina failed to notice that the document she sent for us to sign after inspection included a $9,000 price reduction (that was unreasonable) 2) We felt pressure from Cristina to accept the first offer we received (below asking price), after only 48 hours on the market. They were very helpful in providing guidance to properly stage our home for selling and the booklets they used to market our home were very professional. We sold our home at full asking price! We were first time home buyers and new to Minnesota so we were so nervous about purchasing our first home. Thankfully we were connected to Leah Powers and I am so thankful for her. Cristina was great to work with and sold our house in less than 2 days! Her staff was reliable, friendly and professional! They answered all of our questions...which was a lot since we were first time home sellers looking to relocate out of state quickly. They set us up with an agent in the state we were relocating to as well which was extremes helpful!

I was a first time homebuyer and had very little idea of what the process actually looked like. My realtor on their team was so helpful! She didn't get irritated at my 97th question and sought out answers to questions I had if she didn't know them off the bat. She was patient and I never felt like I was being "sold."
