We have worked with Cristina twice - once in buying our home and then again when we had to sell it to relocate. She and the entire team were amazing both times! I would (and have) highly recommend!
We were glad they had knowledge about the whole metro, which is what we needed being new to the area and having no inclination of where we should end up. The whole team is spectacular, they go above and beyond and don't pressure you into anything. We loved working with Kimberly, even when she was really busy she made time, to look at more houses. Kimberly educated us on all the homes we looked at and did not pressure us. Bonnie was also very quick at letting us know if our offer was accepted. Cristina has a great team! We had a great experience.
We listed our home with Kerby and we were very happy with his service and expertise. We ended up getting almost asking price, which was amazing in comparison to other comparable homes in our neighborhood. We got top dollar! Kirby and Cristina will bend over backwards to help you find the perfect home! We have now bought & sold 3 homes with Kerby and Cristina. They have been wonderful to work with! They listened in detail to what we were looking for in our home purchases to make sure our searches were refined. They also did extensive market research when we sold our home so that we listed our house at just the right price. Because of them, we sold our home for almost 100% of our asking price in 7 days!
