I was living out of state and moving to the area. Kerby was a dream to work with. He was patient while we looked for a home that met a strict list of requirements. When we were out of the area he even went and looked at listings for us and sent us detailed reviews, pictures, and videos. He never pressured us to make a decision, just gave us the info we needed. We had a great experience working with Ryan at Kerby & Cristina. Our house in Denver sold in 3 days so we had to move fast. Due to our time frame and tight schedules we offered site unseen. Ryan was our eyes & ears & nose. We virtual toured the house via Face Time and Ryan pointed out the good, the bad and the ugly. We listened for traffic in the backyard, looked under the kitchen sink, opened the kitchen cabinets and checked out the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Cristina and her team! They were so helpful in the process and would be available for us at the drop of a hat. We saw many houses as we are first time home buyers and it took a bit to refine our search. They were very patient with us and have been very helpful even after we purchased our home. Cristina helped us build our first home! She was very knowledgable and prompt when it came to helping us! She is very good at what she does. Kerby and Cristina were the bomb.com. They were recommended to my wife and I, who are first-time home-buyers, and we're certainly glad they were! They were accommodating, accessible, knowledgeable, and understanding of the type of home, neighborhood, and situation we wanted to end up in.
