Our relator, Leah, was very organized, honest, knowledgable, and personable. She found us our dream home, and I honestly did not think it would have been possible. We bought in SLP and our expectations were high, but we lucked out and found a short sale, which I was originally opposed to. I only gave 4 stars on negotiation because due to the short sale there was not a lot of wiggle room, but feel I would have given her more if it were a different situation. Second time buying a home with Kerby and Cristina. Bought and sold this time and ended up with the home we wanted at the price we wanted and ended up getting a great price for our house that we sold! Staging and Marketing were key and were very responsive to our requests!

Worked with Kerby to buy my first home. Then worked with Eric to sell that home 3 years later, and buy a home with my girlfriend that works better for us. He adapted to our personalities quickly, and communicated with us on our level. It really made the process easy. Selling a home in the middle of a MN winter can be frustrating. The entire team was responsive and had a great system in place. Everything was clearly communicated and professional. Our house was priced right and we had a full-price offer in 4 days! Eric was really fun to work with and made the whole process very smooth and stress-free.
