Kerby was upfront with me with the price we should list for my townhome. He explained the market and comparisons within the area. We had a fair price that we both agreed on. We listed it and it sold within the 1st week. Kerby was very knowledgeable with the whole process. I would recommend him to others.
Kerby & Cristina helped us sell our house and buy a new house! They were extremely responsive and were always available when we needed them. They did a great job and would definitely recommend them!
Cristina and her team were incredibly helpful. They made themselves available for so many showings for us without us having to wait. They were available at the drop of the hat. She even put in the offer on our house while getting ready for a wedding that she was in! I would highly recommend using them when looking for a home and I imagine they are incredibly helpful when selling a home as well. She and her team are very knowledgeable and beyond helpful!
We weren't exactly looking very seriously at buying a home, but when we came across one we were interested in, Kerby and Cristina were very responsive to our needs. Their entire team was great to work with. Everyone was professional, honest, and quick to respond to questions and getting us in to see the homes we wanted to. I would HIGHLY recommend Kerby and Cristina!
Kerby & Cristina are great, they were incredibly responsive to all of our needs and questions. We ended up getting exactly the house we told them we wanted on the day we met.
