Very Accomadating I was up from Kelowna for the weekend and had car trouble. I had been contemplating a new car for awhile and after having a couple of friends from the lower mainland go here I decided to check them out. They lent me a Kia Soul for the weekend to let me try it out and I went back today on my way home to buy it. Amazing Customer Service Went into the dealership with the thoughts of receiving lies and bad customer service which I had recently experienced from several other dealerships. However, to my surprise all the staff were very friendly, honest and knowledgeable with all the questions I had. Def recommend going there if you want the facts and info about what you are looking for.
Great staff at Kia West I was in the Kia West store a month ago after corresponding with several people there regarding a Toyota Venza that I wanted. It was my fault that I had waited so long to go in and test drive because sadly when I did it was sold. Honest Sales People Great customer service! Very professional and I really like that they showed me all the numbers right up front, didnt hide a thing. A ghost problem with my AC I bought a 2009 volvo c30 from kia west end of last summer, the AC was blowing warm air and they did an investigation and could not find a leak, thus they just topped up the AC gas and I drove the car for a year... Above and Beyond Service My 2003 Grand Caravan has a bit of a engine problem. Instead of constantly putting money into it I decided it is time to get a new KIA Sedona or Sportage. I sent several requests for quotes to different KIA dealers, and KIA West was the first to respond with a very reasonable offer. They gave great info and suggestions when I was deciding between the Sedona and Sorento. After a bit of negotiation, I was able to get a fair trade in value for my Caravan and decided on the Sedona. One last thought Forgot to mention the great play area with toys for the kids def a plus when you have a family, helps ease my mind for my first service appointment with the kids!
