Our experience was very positive working with Joe. He worked with our time constraints and went out of his way to make things easy for us. He took time to answer all of our questions and concerns, and even went as far as showing our son how to work all the gadgets in our new car. I went to Kia West after visiting several other auto makers dealerships with no expectations. I was pleasantly surprised with friendliness of all the personnel at the dealership and in particular the salesman and sales manager that I dealt with. I visited Kia West 11 months ago in a pretty big mess. I had been scammed by my last dealership(orca bay suzuki now tri-city Mitsubishi) I was 45,000$ in debt and had a vehicle that was falling apart. I went to several dealerships trying to get someone to help me out of the mess I was in and no one would work with me my mess was to big for anyone to help me. Customer service and overall experience was great. Got a good deal, sales person was very attentive of our needs and didn't try to push in any direction other that what we were looking for
Dusty, the sales manager, and Joe, our salesman, were both very friendly and helpful and made our family feel very comfortable during the whole experience. Not only did they show us a great selection of vehicles to choose from but their excellent product knowledge really helped us narrow down our search with ease. Looked at multiple dealerships price searching but finally found a truck I loved at Kia west. I bought a used truck for a really good price and had so many to pick from. My salesman was Joe, he took his time to show me everything and never rushed me into buying. The truck only had a few years left of warranty but thanks to Tony in the business office he gave me a really good price on an extended warranty package.
