I was looking online for a used vehicle and found one that I was interested at KIA West. I was helped by Rachel who did everything in her power to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I love my new (to me) car and have already recommended KIA West and Rachel to friends and family.
Just bought a new car from Kia West and I cant say enough wonderful things about my experience there !! Dusty the sales manager went above and beyond for my family , His caring and attentiveness made us feel so comfortable and at ease,(not too mention got us best deal) as I know how stressful purchasing a vehicle is. All the staff at Kia West are the nicest most caring people. This is one dealership to stay away from. Dont know or care what they are selling. Had to get Professionals to deal with the with this crap because of the lies. I will never recommend to EVER deal with them again.
Back in December I tried leaving a review on Google, but it was blocked, I am still very upset by what happened so I am leaving it again. I was in the dealership car shopping when I was at the coffee machine I over heard a salesperson make a slew of disturbing remarks aimed towards a specific demographic, and used a number of racial slurs. This young man wore red dreadlocks. I am of the demographic he was speaking about and was extremely offended. Never returning here.

The worse customer service and finance managers do not have a clue about their role. It was pathetic and abysmal. Very sad and disappointing.

I Felt used from the start, felt like all they wanted was the money I had. Never gave me a second option to buy... While I was looking to sell it, they called and lowballed me on the price... I would not recommend buying from this location. Not very honest and helpful.

RUN AWAY! !! These people will do anything to scam you. Purchased a truck in Dec-2020. The salesperson lied over the phone about the Doc Fee (said it was waived), when I arrived there the fee was not waived. I was prepared to leave but since I drove 60km to get there, I accepted to split it.
