I was extremely pleased with the service I received at Kia West, every person I came into contact with was, friendly, courteous, and professional, especially Ken Ekdahl who took the time to show and explain to me in detail a number of vehicles that might suit my needs. It was a positive experience all around and I can definitely recommend Kia West.
The service was good and the staff were very friendly. I have told some of my friends to take advantage of the 0 down, 0% no payments for 5 months offer and a chance to win a vehicle if they should be in the market for a new vehicle. I recently purchased my first brand new SUV, 2014 Kia Sorrento AWD. Although it was more than I wanted to spend, I am pleased with my purchase and the overall experience.
Great group of people.. I didn't feel like i was being rushed or pressured to buy.. I looked at the kia website for their current line-up and used the build and price feature to help me pick out a car. I went to the dealership looking for a specific model and trim. While they did have it, when i saw the price, i thought it was a significant jump from the price i was given on the build and price feature. My overall experience in the car dealer shop was awesome.The sales person who assisted me was very friendly and did his job well.Even the other employees there were very helpful.It was a great experience buying a new car.
The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. The dealership was very accommodating and easy to work with, they had everything onsite and we were able to finish the deal very quickly and hassle free.
I had a great experience at Kia west! As a first time car buyer, I especially appreciated how friendly and informative Ken was. When I arrived he had already lined up the vehicles that best matched my needs and was very accommodating with my many questions and concerns! Ken made the experience less intimidating and more of a fun, while still maintaining a professional atmosphere! My experience at Kia West in Coquitlam was good all around, but Ken stood out as really represented the Kia brand!
The sales and service staff at the dealership are just excellent. Joe answered all my questions in a concise way with no BS and the whole sales process was friendly and laid back with no pressure. Dusty was very helpful and went above and beyond in getting a minor post sales issue fixed. Tony was very good at explaining the purchasing and warranty options and Ken in service was very easy to deal with and made my first service trip a pleasure. All in all a very friendly and professional team that were a joy to work with.
At KIA West, Ken Ekdahl and Vashal have been very helpful in providing me info for the car that I interested in, answering all the concerns that I have and be able to locate the RIO5 (with the right colour!) for me in a very short period of time. My overall experience with the dealership KIA West through Ken and Vashal was great. From offering me their best price and the personal services that they provided are first class. I would highly recommend anyone to deal with either one of them. The Car works great, thank you guys!
