A great service experience at Kia West I took my 2007 Kia Sorento to the local Cranbrook dealer with an All Wheel Drive problem. 5 weeks and 1600. $ later the problem remained and the dealership could not tell me what the problem was or how much more it would cost to fix. Great Experience! This was my first time coming into a dealership to purchase a car. When I met Mo Meghji to do just that, it was such a great experience. My Experience with kia West I was looking for a used car and when I got to Kia West I found what I needed through the help of the sales person who assisted me. I got a fair price for my trade-in and was able to purchase the vehicle that I was looking for. I got some bonus accessories and additional services from the sales manager who went above and beyond to offer excellent customer service which impressed me a lot. This time I did buy a used SUV from them but in the future I plan to buy a new vehicle from Kia West.
