My son bought his first car and they never disclosed that the dealership had a winter package promotion.One day after picking up his car I saw the ad in the newspaper so called them and the response we got was you can’t have everything. To say we were disappointed doesn’t even cover it.It’s not about the package it’s about the principal. I see it as false advertising.

Very unethical and fraudulent tactics were used by Brad at Kia West’s finance department. We drove away with a brand new Kia Niro EV on Sept 26th, financed under my name and my partner’s name. We were very surprised that my partner was approved for financing because he became a Permanent Resident just three weeks before, so he has ZERO Canadian credit history. Went there today to test drive and buy a used Kia Soul. Made an appointment for a certain car at 3 pm the previous day. When i arrived for the first appointment in the morning they went to get the car for me to see. Well they pull up in a different color and year, i said thats not the car. Do you like lies? Come on down where we lie to your face even after you've caught us red handed! How can a KIA dealership not know if their own vehicles have been in an accident? I could tell there was something wrong with passenger rear side from 50 ft away. After having it professionally inspected it turns out it was in a a major rear ender. Research and double check The salesmen are uneducated and make mistakes around every corner. I recommend if you HAVE to go to KIA west to do your research and double check their work. Its much easier for you to just allow them to be a bystander and hand you the keys than to actually allow them to speak. When I say check their work, I mean check to ensure that they include the basics in your car (i bought a plug in and they forgot my charger), to the insurance (telling them copy and paste is not simple enough.. they still mak... read more
