Dusty (sales manager) is so rude. they gave me a price of a demo car for 39000 and on the website the same car brand new worth only 35,740. I trusted them and they all lied to me and when I went back to talk to Dusty to do a price adjustment after a week that I bought the car, he was so rude and he said he can't do anything better but other dealerships at least offer you something to make you happy and thats called CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have bought a Rio from this branch, KIA WEST. Sales manager that helped me, Dusty. So here’s my issue here. I had written a negative review about this branch previously in regards to fixing a dented (it was really minor, but still it was a new car). That issue was actually fixed after 3 weeks of trying to contacting them (after about 18 phone calls). The worst experience ever buying a car, this dealership is unorganised and nobody knows their jobs. Would never go back there again. Stay away!!!j
The young sales person we dealt with was polite; however, when we asked for a price, the manager was asking for personal information in a rude way. Since we wouldn't give out personal info, we were told by the manager, he wouldn't give us a price. A more positive and polite attitude could have possibly created a sale. This experience deters me from considering the purchase of a Kia product from this dealership. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone unless they replace the manager.
It's a rip-off. Terrible manager. Greed... greed, greed!!! I'd never recommend them even to my enemy. Don't buy anything from them. Dishonest and greedy.
Employees seemed to juggle me around each other, seemed like they were avoiding me. Took a week longer to get back to me than they said, rude tones, did not fix the problem. I'd avoid this dealership if you can.
