never return My wife made an appointment for Sat @ 1:30 for my daughters car. The car was dropped off at approx. 1:00. We were told we would have an answer as to why the engine light was on by 4:00. We also requested a tuneup. Wife called about 3:30 as we didn't hear from them and they were closing at 4:00. We were told that we would get a call first thing Monday morning. 2nd time , they forgot to reset the meter for the reminder for the next service. I have waited 3hours for the service, then when they returned my car, holy cow, they didn’t even vacuum the the back seats or wipe the dashboard. The girl told me “we don’t normally clean the trunk”. Hello it is not a trunk, as I would consider, it is a Kia Sorento with folded down seats. Waste of time and not a great service! I would consider going to a different shop. Now i have to go back again for them To reset my meter, so annoying.

Zero knowledge and high pressure sales We recently purchased a Kia Soul EV. We went on a test drive at Kia West and learned nothing about the car, its safety features, or navigation. When we were ready to leave, we received pressure from the store manager that was uncomfortable. Go anywhere else but here.

Horrible Customer Service Came here to buy Soul EV in January 2019 and false promises were made. BEWARE that they don't adhere to the promotions posted on their website. Jordan used to make a lot of excuses and false promises while Shayne is the worst in talking with customers. I highly recommend not going over here.

Oil leaking My last service was really ridiculous! Drain plug wasn't installed properly that causes oil leakage and because it was emptied, I can't drive my car and have to cancel my work. Just ridiculous and unacceptable! The report from the other Kia store who found out the problem says: "ENGINE OIL DRAIN PLUG IS NOT IN THE OIL PAN AND SITTING ON THE SKIDPLATE" How could that happen??? Where is the quality of work here???

Awful! So far after talking to Tyler, I have felt somewhat forced to come into the dealership even after him knowing the car that I wanted to trade in was in the shop. There was no point driving out to Coquitlam from the north shore without being able to give me a price on my trade in, but still trying to get me to the dealership and waste money and time when I already explained the situation. Clear your schedule. SLOW service ahead Kelly was the staff member I dealt with and although she is very friendly, the rest of my experience here is terrible. I always book the earliest appointment with the hope of getting in and out quickly. I have yet to receive service in a timely manner. Today I came in to get my snow tires which are on rims put on. I watch my car sit in the spot I left it in for 45mins after my scheduled appointment time. After that it took 1.5-2 hours to put on my tires. This is absolutely ridiculous! ... read more

poor response to inquiries and deadlines not adhered to We have got service done here twice and on both occasions the time estimates were way off. The greater frustration has been the lack of quality feedback when you could actually get someone on the phone.

Worst place to buy a car Stay away the sales men I delt with was pushy knew I needed a car and used that to his advantage by putting me in a car and charging me way to much. I believe a couple weeks after he was fired. I would never recommend anyone going here total rip off. The whole experience left me feeling used and taken advantage of.
