Service Ive taken my car to them for service..They are the only ones to have worked on my car..To my. Surprise there was scratches all over one part of the car after they washed it..I have told them countless times do not wash my car and again it happens..I had to pay my detailer 400.00 to polish my car as they use dam brushes on the cars.. another time they chipped the paint on globbed on some touchup paint that wasn't the same color thinking I wouln't notice.. when this was brought up to their attention they said oh someon... read more

Unknowledgable advisor Been visiting this service centre for a few years. Was happy until I met a advisor named Tyler who didn't give me any update on my vehicle while my car was in service. Looks like a Playland for kids than a professional service centre. All his quote was uncertain and looks like he is 16. Terrible experience

Treated like gold....until. First of all, the salesman, Justin, was excellent to deal with. He wasn't pushy at all, was completely respectful and treated me really well. However, after the sale was made, the dealership became difficult to deal with. dealer warrenty Purchased 2014 Hyundai Sonata in August 2016 put 5000 km on vehicle and took it in for service lube and oil and vehicle safety check, we live in Chilliwack so took the vehicle to an Hyundai dealer in Chilliwack.We were advised by Mertin Hyundai that the vehicle needed front brake pads as there was only 2mm left on pads.. Slimy These guys are slimy. we test drive and talked for hours and we couldn't get it done which is fine though had to sit through the usual tactics. I received numerous phone calls after saying the car was still available and he offered a cheaper price. I told him the problem was we had to sell our other car and he said to come in and they would give us a good fair offer. Hyper-aggressive salesperson with minimal knowledge We visited Kia West looking for a crossover and were treated to one of the worst car selling experiences I have endured. We drove three different vehicles and our salesperson demonstrated minimal knowledge of all of them. Examples: - Not knowing how to activate the audible hazard alarm when backing into an obstacle. - Not knowing where the spare tire was located. Disappointed customer Looked at a truck with low km and was excited then literally as I'm signing the papers the finance officer tells me it's a American truck and its in miles! Still bought it then had to return it five times to fix windshield wipers and they still don't work. Classic sales tactics, they low balled me on my trade in, then put it for sale on the lot for three times what they stated it would be sold for. Lengthy horrible basic service. What is usually a 1 hour service took almost 3 hours to finish. And the excuse that was given to me was that they still had to purchase the part. When I noticed that it was taking longer than usual, the service advisor, Jason, did not even bother to inform me that it is going to take a longer time than usual - one had to approach the service desk a number of times to follow up on the status. They still owe me 300$ Took a 1990 f250 home for a test drive and to give my mechanic a chance to look it over. Gave the dealership a 200$ deposit and put a 100$ of diesel in it (who arranges for a truck to go out and then forgets to put fuel in it??) Long story short mechanic found tons of problems and had to jump me to send me on my way.
