Incredibly Bad and unprofessional service My experience started with Kia west by me going in to look at a used car, I liked it agreed on the price of $4500 and left a $100 deposit, the next day they call me and say that they're unable to give it to me for that price and that they want me to take it for $5500, I said no and told them to get my deposit ready so I can pick it up and go else where. Sales people have no clue After getting to test drive a Sedona for 2 days (to let me wife and kids test it all out) I bring it back and deal with Lucas stating I want to purchase a 2016 Sedona SX. The MSRP on the kia.ca website for an SX is $35,795. Lucas' first price was $39K plus taxes levies and delivery and destination charge. Our wheel fell off after servicing. Not impressed at all, after servicing our Kia today, we drove two blocks and the rear wheel fell off. Huge liability. Still waiting for how they are going to address it.
Poor and dishonest service here at Kia West Had multiple dealings with the folks at Kia West. All dealings were a huge headache. Whether its feeling ripped off from the financing and sales team or feeling frustrated with the service and parts desk or sending fake letters stating crazy incentives if I traded my car(which did not happen when I negotiated) These people make everything sound good when your about to purchase a new car however the second you sign on the dotted line, everything that was said changes. Terrible Reliability My family purchased a 2002 Acura TL from KIA West, and all seemed to be looking good, with the salesman being very friendly and imformative. When it came to negotiating prices, it got very extensive, and the manager did not make much of a lee-way for our price point. We ended up $700 over our tight budget of $6000, and this was with us leaving the dealership and calling back the next day when we realized they weren't going to lower the price anymore for us. Not Impressed I came into Kia West a couple months ago looking for a used car. I left the dealership 2 months later with no car. Here is my experience: Gun was my salesman and he was accommodating and friendly throughout the entire experience. Initially wee found a car that suited my needs but there were transmission problems and I had to return the car. This dealer sold me a lemon car- kia west. When I bought the Kia soul in December 2013, the sale person deceived me about the 130 km which he told me it was Kia Manufacture make them do the break-in km, but when next day I went back asking why it was producing so much loud mower noise and engine shaking when idling. also there were scuffing and scratches in my paint hood and left front fender and interior back panels, also the blue-tooth not working at later day and the driver chair snatches coming out.. This place is CRAP To make a long story short, I have crappy Credit but it is improving, but i make really good money my wife and I are financially ahead of the game and it was time to upgrade our new vehicle. My forte koup is the first new car I have purchased. While the staff was friendly and helpful during my initial purchase, as soon as the deal was done the customer service I have received since has been utterly terrible.
