The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life!!! They need to hire an entire new office staff that knows what they are doing! They sound and respond as children! I can honestly say there is one nice girl but I don't know her name who is good and the only one who should keep her job! Not happy - up until this point kimlin has been fine, until this am when we woke up (it's 15 degrees) with no fuel, which means no heat, hot water, ANYTHING. We've been on auto delivery since we bought our house & have NEVER had a late payment- NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER RIGHT NOW
