Have been a customer for almost 20 years. I am on automatic delivery and haven't gotten one for two months. I just love cold showers.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life!!! They need to hire an entire new office staff that knows what they are doing! They sound and respond as children! I can honestly say there is one nice girl but I don't know her name who is good and the only one who should keep her job! The one who answered the phone on March 12 at 8:08 am is clueless and gave me false information resulting in me running out of heat, cooking and hot water! We delivered two days after she called in. We work with customers as much as possible but at some point their demands cannot be meet. My name is on the side of the company and if their is a problem, I fix it, that day. Please take some time to read the other issues I've resolved for customers. Not happy - up until this point kimlin has been fine, until this am when we woke up (it's 15 degrees) with no fuel, which means no heat, hot water, ANYTHING. We've been on auto delivery since we bought our house & have NEVER had a late payment- NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER RIGHT NOW
