unbelievable price for a emergency delivery 4 days after call to office my daughter and son-in-law have to pay I guess everyone treats wealthier customers better these days its sad that these crazy fees can be legally charged because you could not afford your gas a week earlier :(( I would never use these people or suggest anyone else to do so either. I gave this 1 star as its the lowest one there is.

Hello Alberta Race, I haven't been able to look into your exact situation but we do offer automatic deliveries. Customers choose if they are going to sign up for that service or not. We charge the fees because we cannot possibly service all 13,000 of our customers if every will call customer called on the same day out of gas. It feels like Kimlin is actively trying to go out of business... Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service... we just got a fill up today, should I schedule one for the future so we may get a fill up before we run out again? I can't wait for my pipes to freeze!

Just filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau...2nd time this winter having no heat due to no delivery. I called 6 days ago when our tank was at 30% ... Was promised a delivery would be made yesterday ... Never happened ... Called again today ... 8 hours later...still no delivery...still not heat!

Erik, I was trying to call you to offer to pay for half your delivery because of the inconvenience. I called a second time but two rings and its just a voicemail.
Kimlin is only in business because many consumers don't know how much competition there is. There are several other gas companies that are far superior, that will have your crappy kimlin tank removed to install their own, saving you money. Kimlin propane has the worst customer service and slowest wait times ever. It can take weeks after your payments are processed for them to actually deliver. Call any other energy company and they will help you switch to save money and stress.

After 30 + years it is time to move on. Their office staff is the worst. I have tried to resolve a minimal use charge since Aug. I have been hung up on during phone calls. Requested to Have Mark the owner contact me numerous times . I have gone to the office directly and always had the same attitude of arrogance from the staff. No customer service at all. I've now been a kimlin propane customer for years. At my previous address I had no problem getting someone out the same day for a flat rate of $75 delivery charge because my landlord knew the owners. Now I've moved to a new location it's been a year since I've moved and it's been problem after problem. I ran out a few months ago I was charged $85 same day charge, then I ran out last month was charged $75 and I'm assuming I ran out last night. I see you are signed up as a will-call customer, we guarantee deliveries within 5 business days and always recommend our will call customers call when at 30% so there is no chance of running out. We understand that its difficult to always remember to check your gauge and call for a delivery.
