SOOOO RUDE! demanded money for something we never ordered and were literally yelling over me for their f*ck up. Tried to threaten us with some paperwork. PLEASE WE WANT THE PAPERWORK YOU JUST DON'T HAVE IT. Look at their yelp for honest reviews then call a company with reasonable prices and customer service

I'm only checking No because I had to cancel my account in April (not for service issues) but I cannot get someone to come pick up the tank in my driveway. I've called so many times and it's all in the notes as to how many times I've called. the 2nd to last call they told me they are going to charge me $100 to pick up the tank AND that there is a charge to take any propane from the tank and give me credit. at this point I'm so frustrated. The staff is always friendly when I call and they reassure me they will get the tank pi... read more

Awful customer service and rude. The son is disrespectful and just down right nasty. I fought to get my propane delivered after I had set up automatic delivery 4 times they lost the paper work all hose times they said with my credit card numbers on it that is great but then when I fought back and was angry 8 months pregnant they took our propane take with no notice. When the service guy can he was so nice and so apologetic he was doing what he was told and needed a job but even said he was blown away and that they are n... read more

I have never had such poor customer service with a company before. most of the staff there are just rude and should not be in customer service. I had a positive experience with stephen and mark seemed great. I called when i was just above 30% and was told i was scheduled for deliver early the next week..a week later i came home smelling propane because i was out. i called and was told i had to pay an "emergency delivery" charge even though kimliln was already paid previously for the delivery. my landlord ended up paying the... read more

I too have an inoperable gauge. Was told that tank had to be empty to switch out. When I ran out of fuel (wonder why?) I asked that the gauge be switched and was then told they only make those "repairs" in spring & summer. I ran out of fuel sometime last night. Called this morning and gave cc # authorizing $150 to make delivery as they won't make a delivery for less than $150. Then was asked for an additional $150 for same day delivery!!! I was chastised for not being on auto monthly delivery when I argued the fee like i... read more

Business response:

Pamela, you refused to let us replace the equipment in the summertime. You cant just replace a guage on site. A gauge communicates directly with the liquid propane. The tank needs to be empty or near empty to replace. Those tanks weigh over 1000lbs full and asking our service techs to move them when their full is not a really nice thing to do. If you would like us the change that tank out we would be happy to. I can help you figure out a date when that tank will be lower then it currently is.

As I sit here and type this it is currently 11 degrees outside and 58 degrees, and dropping, inside. Why is it so cold and getting colder? That's thanks to your company, Kimlin Propane. THE PROPANE TANK IS EMPTY AGAIN! Majority of this stems from your "automatic delivery" system which has failed three times that I can recall within the last two years. You'd think I would have learned and go out and check the gauge myself, just to be sure and not run out? I have been doing that for the last sixteen months and, lo and behold, ... read more

Business response:

Hey Anthony,I tried looking into your account but was unable since your name here doesn't seem to be the name on the account. Why don't you call in the office and ask for Max so we can get this handled.
