waiting three (sub zero) days for prepaid auto delivery that has never come....person on the phone has no idea when....really????
Worst ever!!! I have been calling for a fuel delivery for five days. I reached a live person three times and have left over 20 voicemails. No fuel has been delivered and the temp is below 0. The phone people say the order is placed and the truck is coming but they just say that to get you off of the phone. The people who answer the phone place the order if they feel like it. Nightmare.
I have been a loyal customer of them for over 20 years. Each year I pay in full to get a locked in rate. I do this as soon as they send me the notice. I don't wait until September. So they have my money to play with. I am suppose to be on automatic but guess what that isn't true. It's been over 2 months since last delivery. We have an auto-fill account with Kimlin for heat and cooking propane. This morning we noticed the tank is on empty, called them this morning, still no sign of them...house is getting very cold. Sub zero temps forecast for tonight.
This is the 4th time that Kimlin has failed to fill my propane tank before it went empty. I called them today at 9AM. It's now 3:30PM, snow squalls, -3F forecast for tonight, no sign of them coming to fill the tank yet... oh, btw, we heat with propane.
I am highly frustrated with Kimlin Energy. I have been calling for 12 days to get a delivery. Last month I ran out because the driver tried to deliver in November but was afraid of my fenced in dogs. I did not receive a call that they could not complete my automatic delivery. Now I have called 5 times. First time I was told there “was a ticket out”. this company is terrible and dishonest. To add to that, a quick glance at any positive reviews shows that they were made by "people" who either don't live in the area, or don't even live in the US! SOOOO RUDE! demanded money for something we never ordered and were literally yelling over me for their f*ck up. Tried to threaten us with some paperwork. PLEASE WE WANT THE PAPERWORK YOU JUST DON'T HAVE IT. Look at their yelp for honest reviews then call a company with reasonable prices and customer service
