WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH KIMLIN PROPANE,OUR BOILER WENT OUT IN JANUARY,CALLED FOR SERVICE ,(WE HAD BOUGHT THE BOILER FROM KIMLIN IS 2O19) SERVICE CAME AND IT WORKED , FOR 2 DAYS AND THEY HAD TO COME BACK 30 OR MORE TIMES. THEY SHOWED US HOW TO PRESS BUTTON AND WHEN IT WENT OUT ,THE COMPANY THAT MADE IT ,SENT A REPAIR MAN DOWN , HE COULD NOT FIX, THEY PUT EVER PART IN IT, TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT ....THEY REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE WE ARE VERY HAPPY AND WARM THEY DID NOT HAVE TO DO THAT,,,BARBARA AND STEVE GRAF

I just had such a wonderful experience with Kimlin. I checked my tank on Saturday around 4:30. I was shocked to see that I only had about 5% propane left. I called Kimlin and they had someboddy come on Sunday and fill me up. Everybody has just been so patient and nice and fair with me. I highly recommend Kimlin to anybody who's looking for a propane supplier.
I have used Kimlin for the past 3 years and I absolutely love the lady who works the Gardner office! I’ve never had any issues with the company coming out to do an emergency fill up being that I have two little kids and how cold the winters have been. They are easy to communicate with and are very accommodating. With my situation, the receptionist was always and continues to be so helpful and is never in a rush to get me off the phone.
