Your customer service sucks, most of the people you talk to are rude. Cancelled services 4 months ago tanks are still on my property killing my grass all because your employees are to incompetent to do their jobs. It’s not my job to remind your idiot to do their job. By far the worst company to deal with everyone save yourself the headaches stay away.
Extremely negative experience with this company. They pretty much stole our gas and refuse to refund us our money. They don’t follow fair business practices.

This company threatened to fraudulently charge my credit card after I canceled there service and moved there tank to the end of my property for easy pick up. They have never inspected my tank and my new company said we had 3 leaks. They’ve charged us multiple $400 emergency delivery fees in order to deliver propane sooner than 2 weeks after running out in the mid of winter and told me verbatim “You don’t have any leaks” when I inquired about how quickly our tank was running out and if they could come inspect it. It’s been a horrible experience. Terrible service terrible customer service. Called early in the morning on 1/8 for a propane delivery. It’s only a 24 gallon tank and is used for my stove. Woman on the phone told me 7-10 days. It is now 1/19 i am on my 9th business day and still no delivery. Called multiple times none of them could give me a reason or when my delivery date is. They are the biggest rip offs charge outrageous prices to the point you can’t keep up on the bills . Made a payment plan followed it then got locked out of propane because they no longer wanted to take the payment plan and wanted the balance in full .
