I have been trying to get my tank picked up for FOUR MONTHS. I have been hung up on multiple times by "customer service" representatives. I would terminate my relationship with them, if they would let me. The next step is for me to look at my contract. DO NOT take a tank from them. You will regret it.
I left kimlin energy because they nickle and dimed me to the point where I left. then to top it off, 2 months after I told them to pick up their tanks, they finally do. And sent me a bill for picking up their property. when does it end?
