Excellent staff service, very helpful, easy to talk to. We (unexpectedly) ran out of propane last week. Customer Service sent a delivery person (Shawn) 9 PM that night, so we could "stay warm". He checked several regulators inside and outside the house, to ensure gas wasn't leaking. He was courteous, friendly, easy to talk to. I appreciate everything he did!

Technician Adam was on time for my furnace servicing and office staff was personal and professional making appointments and getting contracts precessed. Matt, and trainee Matt also, delivered first oil fill of the season. Meet outside and they were very polite and personable.

They bend over backwards to help you out.....I ran out of propane and they came out the next day and filled the tank and re lit my stove and couldn't have been nicer.....highly recommend them.
