We were out of cooking propane for about 5 days and waiting for delivery. ..and it did not look like we were on the schedule for the day. A quick facebook message to Kimlin resulted in a rapid response and a delivery within two hours. They explained that they prioritize heating customers (makes sense) in the winter but that he would be out personally to change the tank if necessary. That's exactly what ey did! We are so grateful. Thank you, Kimlin!
Just a quick note to besides haven't a cheaper product than I used to get (Wallace), the service is top notch. I have used you guys for propane refills, custom lines for my BBQ and serving my fireplace! The technician was also prompt and courteous and neat!! Thank you!!!
