RecommendedKimlin has been GREAT!! My issue is confidential but I couldn’t have had better communication with the staff that assisted me. I couldn’t believe that I actually received personal texts to support me with my issue. The staff coordinated with different departments together (making phone calls on my behalf, etc.)to make sure that my house was warm and even educated me as I learned how to read my propane tank levels??? I smelled gas outside my house at around 5pm, so I called kimlin to ask a few questions on what to do. they sent a tech out to the house and quickly diagnosed I was a little low on gas in my tank. they immediately filled the tank and problem solved. very timely.
I recently lost my partner of 21 years. Sort of terrified right now of my wood stove and just want to use propane for this winter. Kimlin is our company. I called them to make the transition from his name in the account to mine and was desperate to pay the bill in a timely manner with no interruption. I spoke to a lovely woman named Caroline. They have reliably serviced our account for 18+ years. Today the delivery guy helped us with not only our house propane, but our bbq tanks. He filled 2 out of 3 and explained safety issues with our 3rd tank we were not aware of, which we appreciate greatly.

I have been using Kimlin for about 20 years now and they have been very good with me. Whenever I had any problem they took care of it. I will use them for another 20 years (if I'm still around). Got to have humor
