RecommendedWe experienced an outage of our electric due to trees down. We called and got propane to run our generator thru the night. When we found out it would be another day until electric hopefully would be restored, Koppy’s stopped by again to top us off. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.
Koppys is so great to deal with. Due to the snow our alley was not accessible, which is where our propane tank is. Now with all the snow melted I said to my wife we need to contact them and have then fill the tank. We were out back and just happened to look at the tank and to our surprise we saw that the tank had been filled without us even contacting you. Thank you guys so much!
We have used Koppy's since 2016 and have always been pleased with their service. The staff in their Willamstown office was always pleasant and helpful, and they did a great job installing our gas fireplace logs. The last couple years we've been serviced out of their Carlisle office, and they are very good to work with also. Lou Ann at Carlisle is always cheerful, pleasant, and professional on the phone, and went the extra mile to help us with a recent delivery request. I highly recommend Koppy's.
Koppy's customer service is absolutely fantastic! We were having issues with another company and Koppy's helped us work through the issues and answered our questions. The Carlisle Staff were amazing to work with and very knowledgable. They had a delivery to us less than 24 hours after we called to switch over to them and a service guy within a a few hours to fix an issue with our hookup. Thank you especially to Louann and Mikey, we are very happy to switch our propane service over to Koppy's.

Professional and courteous. Prompt reply via e-mail after hours. Easy bill pay and re-order on line, if you choose to do it that way. Fast service delivery, and in my case, accommodated my need for a quick delivery in their already busy schedule. Highly recommend.
My experience with Customer Service has been great! I had a question regarding the cost of propane and was able to negotiate a reasonable rate. I contacted the Carlisle office and they were more than happy to assist me. I have had great service from Koppy’s. They are more than willing to help with any issue.

Yesterday we ran out of propane cause the gauge was sticking so it wasn’t showing the right poundage so I called to get more cause it was getting cold out and it’s our main heat source and the wanderful staff there got us propane delivered within 30 minutes and it was close to business close time we had a good experience I like koppys they are very friendly and helpful.
