The office staff is very professional and helpful/patient with patients especially in the implementation of the new records system. Dr. Young is always very thorough and responsive to all questions.

We were in the office a total of 2 hours which Ibfeel is rather excessive.
It takes us 30-45 minutes to get to your office depending on traffic. But it is so worth the trip. We always feel very cared for and walk away with a good understanding of our eye health. Thank you all!
Process of obtaining contacts was very confusing. I was in need of contacts, at least a sample pair, before ordering and waiting for them to come in. Compared to other providers used in the past, I was not able to obtain them before ordering and at the time of my appointment. Slightly disappointing. Also was unsure of what the doctor was doing about that situation.
I had a great visit! Dr. Kressloff is so caring and gentle while he checks you. He truly cares about the health of your eyes and your vision. He is a top notch eye doctor and I wouldn't go to anyone else but him. He is very smart and knowledgeable and also saved my sister's eye sight years back. He's amazing. Blessings to you Dr. Kresloff.
Because the practice is composed of many older patients, I think it would be a wonderful addition to have a plastic surgeon assistant on the team for a consultation and price,referal to a group of ps your practice would recommend .

The ongoing information about the human eye is relevant and interesting. Gives the patient more knowledge and a better appreciation for his/her very important sense organ - the eye. The fact that the staff sees to it that the patient is not kept waiting and wondering what's going on before she is seen by her doctor, is a plus.
