dr. michael kresloff found a problem in right eye that required a retinal specialist-he referred me to one and the front desk team did great job in booking appointment at another practice that same day!! Both my mother and I enjoyed the visit. Will make sure we are back for the next annual appointment.
Entire visit took 2 hours. This did not include a visit to choose glasses. I think the length of time spent waiting is excessive. The exam was very thorough.
I very much like mr kresloff. I find him excellent. But my last appointment was 2 hours long. I was put in a small room and I believe that a mistake was made while I was waiting for an open room. I also was suppose to have a contact lesson but had to reschedule this because of all the delay.
Would like to see lots of hand sanitizer pumps all around the office. Thank you
