it was a difficult experience during the greeting because you were in the transition of your computer system. You had a lot of people in the waiting room who were not necessarily computer literate who were trying to negotiate the new portal system. My suggestion would be that you hire people who could input the information into the system and print out on paper the things that your clients need to check and have them do it on the paper. I suggest this because many of your patients were elderly and it seemed to be a struggle ... read more
I hope with this new electronic system the patient does not constantly have to complete forms. I also think that when a patient has a problem that she has to return several times for that same issue that some adjustment should be made on copays.
