My experience with Michael Phillips and KW Legacy was beyond exceptional. Michael assisted me during the sale of my house and afterwards in finding a new house. I had an awesome experience with Charlene. Charlene helped me look for homes for almost a month to add to my existing rental portfolio. Even with these current market conditions. It's a very competitive market. She was constantly adding homes for me to check out and we would go in view them the next day if I was interested. She stayed on top of things and was very punctual. I was incredibly impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Michael Phillips and KW Legacy - it's exactly what I needed! I had a lot going on this summer in addition to trying to sell my home, so I needed someone who I could trust to manage the process A-Z for me, and that's exactly what they did. Mike brings with his expertise a team that can take care of anything that is needed to ideally market your house. We moved my 90-year old mother out of her house and needed the garage cleared, the carpets cleaned and several items brought up to code to obtain a certificate of occupancy.
