this location is now my favorite Lala In LA. kind faces and the sweetest souls at all times. the lines can get pretty long but the food and drinks are 10/10. La La Land Kind Cafe is a really cute cafe that's aesthetically pleasing and also tastes great! It was my first time there and I ordered "Perfect Latte" and my brother got the "French Toast". It was solid. Its really popular so make sure you keep in mind waiting times. I waited maybe 10mins on a Saturday afternoon. Huge shoutout to Raeya with the cute hair! She was great too! First time here at La La land Beautiful decorated coffee shop We came in close to closing They had free pastries were really good All our drinks were good as well I gave the 3 stars for service unfortunately cashier was just not friendly at all I would go and try a different location

Ordered a drink online, was told that they "canceled it" because it was before they opened . But they still charged me. Made me re order my drink in person to only charge me again. So basically never got my refund. Waited for my "new drink" which they forgot to make after everyone who ordered after me got their drinks. Never again! Also I don't know what's the hype for this place and the long lines! Here is a tip! Don't waste time or money! It's not worth it! Initially when I saw it, i thought it was boba place! I waited in line for about 20 minutes to try the mango passion fruit cooler. While the drink was refreshing, the flavor was fairly ordinary and did not feel worth the wait. Additionally, the way the baked goods were stored and displayed did not appear very professional, which unfortunately reduced my interest in purchasing them.
Super long line line staff is working hard , they need more staff and should be paid more for this amount of people coming in
Terrible wait time and the store had a very bad system managing the pick up area. People were just gathering outside. By the time we received our food and drinks, the hot drink was not hot anymore.
