I came here after an appointment to grab lunch. I was seeking the same cheerful experience I have at the Santa Monica location unfortunately that wasn't the case. None of the employees had a smile on their face and were very off putting when interacting with customers. Once I received my order, it was made incorrectly. I returned yet again to La La Land. Their beverages are good. I won't discount that. They issued a refund for my previous order, which I appreciate. I was promised a refund as well as my points from that order that were never issued. I never received the points, but I did receive the refund. I also mentioned not receiving a birthday beverage, which they promise when you sign up for their rewards program. I come to Lala land almost every week and today was so bad. The big tall man at the register was rude after I asked a simple question about the drinks. He was very short with the conversation and rude. I am a paying customer and deserve the "kindness" as much as the next person. The prices are absurd. Go to Starbucks .

EDIT By the way, customer support is nonexistent. I followed the reply to this review and sent an email. After 2 weeks, I still haven't received any response. On 9/3 at around 8:30pm, we ordered a drink at the register and asked if it was dairy-free. The cashier took a moment to think about it, even going to the back to check, and assured us that it was indeed free of dairy. We waited nearly an hour to get an online order, because they gave our order to someone with the same name. Mistakes happen, however, after we informed them of their error, not only did they not apologize, they put our order at the end of the list, so we had to wait about 30 minutes AFTER seeing that our stuff was taken by whoever. I visited today for the Disney collaboration event, and as expected, it was hectic. I understand that, but customer service should always remain a priority. I placed a mobile order and was told that mini meals did not qualify for the exclusive cup, only regular drinks did. Okay, that was fine, so I placed an order for a hot drink and asked for the cup. By far the worst matcha I've ever tried!!! Honestly I only came here because living in La this place has been high talked about and as a big time matcha lover it was a must. Not only was my drink disgusting the service was horrible. They not only "lost" my order but the lady at the counter looked annoyed that I was waiting for them to remake my drink they lost.
