First time ever tried thos outlet at The Grove in LA. One word sums it up. Absolute Trash. Poor imitation of StarBucks. Just painting the walls yellow and serving in yellow cups doesn't equate innovation. Product line is so antiquated but ideal for the dumb gen-z crowd. Pathetic every which way. Coffee really sucks. No ambiance bcoz there is no indoor seating.

This place was a mess. Went on a Saturday afternoon, there was a 20 minutes line to order and then another 20 minutes wait to get a basic iced coffee. Drinks were coming out in a random order which really didn't help. Coffee was as basic as possible.

Tonight at when I went to counter there was the least busy time I've seen this place in past few years! It took them 20 minutes to make an iced latte at their low pick hour And when I asked "why is it taking this long?!" Hot Loud Crowded I ordered a strawberry fields matcha latte. It hardly had any strawberry flavor. Service was also very slow.

I am disappointed. My boyfriend and I have come here (to this specific location) multiple times and have always loved it, but this time was the worst coffee I've ever had. He ordered a large size of the vanilla latte and I ordered the lavender vanilla latte. The got his order right, beside the fact that they forgot the vanilla syrup or that it wasn't strong at all. do NOT go to this location!!! I love LaLa but this location was SUCH a disappointment. the avocado toast was disgusting and they messed up my order. the employees were all just talking behind the counter and not helpful.
I waited in line to order for at least 15 minutes. Once I placed my order I waited another 20. After several people who were behind me in line had received their orders, I went up and inquired about my chai latte. The barista questioned me and eventually made my drink, though seemed skeptical.
