Love love their coffee and matcha drinks. And customer service is wonderful. They are always so nice. And all their shops are so pretty.
Cute drinks shop you may have seen on social media - the first time I came by La La Land was the Calabasas location (which might have more merch?). Customer Service: It was a quick, transitional interaction. I believe they are supposed to have a "positive and kind" vibe, but I'm not sure how much I picked up on that. La La Land Kind Cafe is one of those spots where the aesthetic is just as charming as the drinks--cheerful, bright, and full of good vibes. The coffee never disappoints, even if the wait can sometimes be a bit long. Some of my go-to favorites are the Banana Cream Top Latte and the Perfect Latte. I also enjoyed the Lavender Bloom Latte--light and floral without being overpowering. Very aesthetic cafe, as in the name, very LA. Baked goods, avo toasts, and coffees/matchas/teas galore. Dubai chocolate croissant (special): 4/5 tasty croissant with a dusting of pistachio and cocoa powder with a knafeh filling. not too sweet. wish there was a little more pistachio flavor to it. Mactha squared: 4/5 personally would have loved a little more of the mactha cloud, but a satisfying drink Line moved quickly.
Boyfriend and I got the blueberry coffee cake, a bit on the sweeter side but still really good. I loved the Lululemon chai latte, great strong spice the complimented the coffee cake
Its a cute place, 20 minute wait and super popular place. It was good! Outside seating at Promenade made it even better to sit and enjoy!
Honestly, I love this place but it IS super gimmicky and trendy, lol. The staff is composed of, what seems to be, high school age girls and although they couldddd be more in-tune with their customers and more helpful... I'm glad that young adults have a place to work, learn, and grow. It's also overhyped when it comes to the food... BUT their Lavendar lattes slap
Convenient location and delicious coffee. I like that the wait isn't as crazy as some of the other locations. When they get busy, the drinks do take some time to come out tho just fyi Also tried order pickup today from the app but only to realize my drink was wrong when I got home...
