Safely procedures need to be followed Hotel did not follow security procedures. Doors to the side entrance to the Hotel said they were locked 24 hours a day. But there was no locking system. In the morning a homeless person left the premises before 'security ' did their rounds. If staying above the 1st floor, I'm sure the hotel was great

Definitely water damage, some mold in the bathrooms. I never received turn down service once- they just forgot about my room.

Thanks for nothing Was put on 3rd floor, elevator not working. Brother in wheelchair. They put me on 1st floor with no handicap bathroom. Said they did not have one. I asked for a transfer to another LaQuinta. I have never been so disappointed. I was told that my problems would be addressed to manager and would get back with me. Never got a contact from Management and compensated for anthing.

The BF serving staff were v polite, nice, helpful, patient. Front desk staff were invisible mostly and our checking in person Ms. Liz came out v rude, impersonal.
