Checked in and was told our room was accessible as per reservation--it was not. Staff said they were unable to switch us to one. This was the evening shift, but the day shift the next day shared the same indifference. No real rest for us here, since my spouse needed much help in and out of bathroom--dangerous at that, since there wasn't a grab bar to be found. I was disappointed, I honestly thought this hotel was really nice because of pictures, but its honestly just a really old hotel that they tried to remodel and make it look nice! We had to switch rooms because our first one smelled like armpits! The second one smelled like mold ! Breakfast in the morning sucks, thye had eggs, the sausage looked not cooked, the toaster wasn’t working properly, the only good thing were the waffles!! The hotel was dirty and seemed understaffed. The pool area had only one clean towel and many dirty towels all over the floor and chairs.

Bed and room was extremely dirty. Signs outside hotel say it is a non-smoking hotel but the first thing we smelled when we walked onto our floor was cigarette smoke.

Rooms were dirty with stuff on walls and doors. Furniture was dirty and outdated. Pool and area around it was gross and dirty. Smelled like marijuana in hallway.

We didn't stay because when we checked in, the customer service person was crying and wouldn't make eye contact, told me there was another card on file, and when we tried to get into the building from where we parked to get to our room and was locke dout along with another gentleman trying to get in to his room, we had to walk around the building. Then, went to our room to find she had put us in a room where someone else was already in bed. We went back to the desk and the next girl told us this was a mistake. While we were ... read more

Front desk staff was nice. But both rooms were very dirty and phones didn't work, shower was broken and flooded. Entire hotel smelled like Marijuana and everything was reported to the hotel staff and not one thing was fixed or corrected. Our stay was not pleasant at all.

The lobby was so inviting, and then we got to our room and it was SO dirty- windows didn't shut, behind the TV was so gross, couch was stained, and so much more. The pool was murky and cloudy and there were no towels. The doors were all propped open at all times - very unsafe. We canceled the last 3 days of our reservation it was so dirty
