My husband went to check in front desk was very rude. Room was not clean at all! Counters were disgusting it smelled horrible. The beds were stained! It was horrible. I asked for another room thinking maybe it was just this room. Nope second room was worse!!! And supposed to be an upgrade! How? Their was two people sleeping by the front enterance a person literally getting high in the hall! Just horrible! Everything was so dirty! Do not stay here especially if you have a family! I will not return to this place ever!

The first room we were put in came with a plunger because it didn’t matter which way you went, you had to plunge. They did move us to a different room after one night. There are no smoking signs posted all throughout the facility though in some areas it wreaked of smoke. The parking lot is patrolled by the local PD constantly. There was a homeless looking man asleep in the one of the stairwells. I got to the hotel and kids wanted to go swimming so we checked in and got to room it looked nice but we swam for a few hours n got back to room started taking showers and water would not go out of tub, no remotes to TVs I called front desk to ask for help lady was very rude, also the pull out bed had piss stains and microwave was filthy!!! Didn’t even stay at room a full hour!!!

The hallways and rooms spell of weed, a very strong scent. Rooms were not clean upon arrival. New room was clean, but still smelled of weed, mattress was sunken in and very uncomfortable. Breakfast was more limited than almost any hotel I've stayed in and unattended so either things were not put out or were gone by 7am. Do not recommend and will not be returning.

As bad as it gets My 1st room had no lights working in the bedroom and TV was broken. They moved me to another room and the closet doors were not attached so they moved me to another room where the TVs weren't working. Came the next day to fix the TV. The doors were not working leading to outside so you had to put a rock at the door to keep it from closing or you were locked outside, the keys weren't working. Nice building but seriously under staffed. I waited 2 hours at night for front desk to wake up, phone ringing 5-10 minutes, and allow me into my room I had paid for and needed to check in. On third night I had to ask for towels and wash clothes twice and the only got more towels for my 4 night stay
