Beds were not comfortable very worn out. Same breakfast every day. The room layout was perfect and clean . Pool was not in stock on towels. Their pantry wasnot stocked very well either.

Room was musty and moldy smelling. Hallway carpet had various stains. Dog walking area and grass had large bare spots and dog poop everywhere.
When we arrived it took quite a while for the front desk personnel to appear and the check in was extremely brief and not very welcoming. We were told the door on the North end of the building would work but it didn't. The lights by the door were empty providing no other light than the parking lot light. Room was clean but there was a huge sticky spot on the carpet next to the bed that I kept sticking to. Our jet tub in our suite was missing a proper jet so we never used the tub. Was close to shopping and food. Air condition worked grea
The continental breakfast was good and the lobby was nice. Our room was dirty and smelled terrible, like dog pee. There was even dog food on the floor in the bathroom and the kitchen area our room. Lots of dog hair as well.
I did like the size of the room. But the morning we left we found a used syringe in the couch. I called the front desk because I was not picking it up. They acted like this happens all the time.
The AC in my room didn't work. It was very hot in the bedroom. I almost couldn't sleep but I was too tired and it was very light night to complain. The shower/tub were so small. I had to basically turn sideways to showers. There were marks in the shower I couldnt identify. The toilet was dirty. It looked like blood or algae but I could tell it just wasnt clean. This place will do for some but not for me.

The water built up both days in the bathtub when I was taking a shower, so after the first day I didn’t put the do not disturb sign out like I normally do if we are only staying a couple of nights. When I didn’t put the do not disturb sign out I figured housekeeping would clean the bathroom and change the bed sheets, because my son spilt his Gatorade on them.
