Get directionsCame a little late to check in young man wasn’t very pleasant asked for extra pillows or blankets he said no there is none. Got to room had to go back done for sheets for hide a bed and made it myself. Hallways are dirty and so is the elevator. Woke up in am breakfast was basic nothing hot. Came back up to room and started to get ready to leave while looking for my things notice there was blood all over the down blanket on bed definitely wasn’t mine blood very disgusting! Not a very clean hotel!
When we arrived bathroom and toilet had not been cleaned gross, we got a new room after maintenance confirmed room was dirty , we only got our room cleaned once in 3 days , my wife called for clean towels we were told to come get them ourselves because there was only one person at the front desk , which was not true , the girl working the front desk was very rude .

I have bites all over my legs! My legs and feet have bites that I’m sure are from bed bugs. I have never had this happened to me at any hotel, i deserve a refund for the risk of infesting my house with these bugs, not to mention my legs look terrible

Bathroom tub was in terrible shape. I had to purchase my own cleaning products and Everytime the water was turned on it was filled with black particulars. He bed was very uncomfortable.

It was a good stay had a house keeper that did get to my room till after 3 and my daughter was sleeping had to turn her and she was kind of rude about it
The front desk agent that worked the morning shift on May 30th was very an polite, I did asked to speak with property Manager, I was told that he was not in his office and that he will call me when returns. I did not receive any call.
