Nice hotel in Denver Tech Center We had a really bad experience as we were kept up by a barking dog two doors down. Will probably not stay at LaQuinta again because of their pet policy.
Extremely disappointing Pros: The location and the furnishings - except for the nasty bathtub. Cons: Customer service must be improved before I would even consider staying here again. Money should be spent on upgrading the bathrooms. Although the hotel has very nice furnishings, with the exception of the bathroom, the room was not very clean. Tech center/ close to freeway/ Park Meadows mall We had stayed at this LaQuinta Inn about three years earlier. It was a positive experience. At this stay, we noticed that underneath the beds had not been vacuumed, kitchen sink and cupboards had been removed, and just one small wastecan for the entire suite. Not great. Arrived and the room hadn't even been cleaned - pillows and bedding were a mess, towels were out, and the mini fridge was trashed from some exploded sodas. Room was pretty big at least and the wifi was fast. Breakfast was barely more than watered down coffee, sad fruit and boiled eggs. Stay if you must just don't go in with high expectations. It's fine if you're just looking for a place to sleep and don't mind that the staff probably hasn't changed your sheets.
Don't stay There Pros: The room itself was remolded and very nice. The bed was comfortable. Cons: Outside of the room EVERYTHING Location: OK Our room was cleaned once in the 7 days we stayed there. We had to get our own towels & washcloths . Keep Looking!!!!! Pool area is brand new but is frigid cold as it's not heated not even the toddler pool. Hot tub wasn't hot. We were told our room location was because we booked through a discount site instead of the hotel! However The wing used to house employees and long term low income guests should not be used as guest rooms. Inappropriate environment for my children and I didn't care for them loitering the hallway 24 hrs. Under construction The staff was great. The only complaint was the construction and some of the construction workers. If I had known I wouldn't have stayed here. It should be really nice when it's done. The construction workers were staying on the same floor and some of them were slobs. The hallway was constantly filthy and they were smoking nonstop with the doors open. My room smelled like smoke.

Denver wedding trip Unfortunately I went with the Expedia surprise pick a hotel with out knowing the name. The hotel was going through remodeling and had her horrible smell along with a nonexistent staff and when you found one they were not helpful. Rooms had a discussion smell too and unclean drains backed up. Again unfortunately I can't say anything about the hotel was even adequate, thank god our trip was for a wedding and we had family to spend time with.....don't say at the La Quinta in Englewood Colorado
