It took us calling down to the front desk twice asking if they could send someone up to clean it for us and then finally going and finding housekeeping for them to send their manager up to clean the carpet and couch area. When they came up to clean it they told us the people at the front desk hadnt even told them about it and they were completely unaware that we had dog pee in our floor and on the couch for our first 2 days there. ... read more

Jay at check in was very friendly. The room was dirty. Stained couch, chair, bedding & walls. The mirror had black cloudy stains...mold?!? The bathroom walls had stains all over & the tub was filthy! I don’t think the room or hallways had seen a vacuum in weeks. Our entire floor smelled like Chinese food. The nicest part was the lobby. I wish I could have slept there!

We went to stay away this motel, just 20 minutes from home, specifically for the swimming. The pool water was so murky, you couldn't see through it. The deck was dirty, with trash, muddy footprints, etc. While trying to find a toy my childaccidentally dropped into the equally murky hot tub, I found very bottle caps and broken glass from beer bottles, with my bare feet. I liked the pool area. I hated that I was stuck in elevator for 25 minutes until firemen came to the rescue. The other elevator was not working at all. I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs almost every time to get outside. Dog poop everywhere in the back areas. Needs updating, needs deep cleaning. Will never go there again!
