Disappointing The property was clean, and the room was a very good size. However, you could tell that the remodel had money spent in some areas and not in others. The TVs were very small for the room size. And the breakfast was very disappointing. However, the part that made the stay not nearly as good was the other people that were staying there, and the management's lack of attention to the problems they were causing. The stay wasn’t too bad besides the pool that was disgusting and my daughters hair and our swim suits smelled like the pool for days even after multiple washes. I needs to be emptied and refilled. The rooms were not properly cleaned(I used to do housekeeping in a hotel for a while so I know). There was change and Bobby pins in the corners of the room. Horrible customer service need a training course on how to treat guest

Worst hotel stay ever. Probably the nastiest hotel I stayed at in my whole life. I got there checked my bed & there was a HUGE pee stain on the bed & when I say huge I’m not over exaggerating it was the whole bed. I asked for my sheets to be changed housekeeping didn’t do it & when I said soemthing to the front desk they didn’t do anything either. I made my bed up myself. I’ve worked in hotels for a long time & things like this were never aloud.

Not very clean Breakfast was not up to par no hot food but waffles the beds are old and uncomfortable pool was dirty hair everywhere hot tub was dirty the water was dark and there was blood on our comforter which I complained about and got moved to a new room which wasn't clean had trash behind the tv and the tv didn't work

The walk to elevators are so long and they lack adequate signage to direct you because of renovations we weren’t aware of. Husband has a funny knee so these do matter. The elevators are old and ripped up with jagged metal pieces exposed and confusing buttons that have been rigged up to work in the mean time. Coming to hotels that are under this much construction sucks and I’d really like to know before I book.

The elevator by the lobby did not work I have been going to this property for 10 years and this elevator always has a problem it is been broken now this time for two weeks
