Es un lugar correcto en un lugar perfecto. Las almohadas son incómodas, el secador de pelo es un chiste, la calidad de algunos ingredientes del desayuno como los huevos revueltos, las hamburguesas y los donuts era muy malos. La cama era muy cómoda, el agua caliente siempre con buena presión, la calefacción estaba correcta. La atención del personal en el comedor fue muy buena (Erica) y la chica de limpieza también era muy atenta (Zaida).
My fiancé and I were in Manhattan for her birthday, the hotel was great!!! Could be more selection at breakfast. It was still great not much to not like. Great location !!!! The front desk attendant was excellent!!! It was a white male with glasses. I forgot to take his name . He was very courteous and pleasant. My fiancé and I really appreciated his service . Would recommend friends and family. Definitely coming back!!!
SO HAPPY I came across this hotel on booking.com! Bottle of soda were $8! Luckily, there are several places to purchase beverages a block away. Loved the location - Upper West Side. We weren't aware that a free breakfast was included - bonus! Excellent location - 1 block from Central Park.

Okay Room was sooooo small if we both had full size suitcases (we just overnighted for the Thanksgiving parade) we would have had to climb over them to get to the bed or the bathroom. It was sufficient for a 1 night stay in NYC, but wouldn't recommend for an extended trip. Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly.

Все основные музеи (Музей естественной истории, Метрополитен, МоМа) довольно близко, можно дойти пешком. И главное, район тихий, безопасный и очень приятный.
