Pleasant NYC rooms can be small, no exception here...very small. Overwhelming smell of old bleach when we entered the room. Breakfast room was packed with no room to sit down and incredibly warm. Breakfast itself was mediocre, coffee is a push button machine and terrible. Our room door deadbolt did not work! Front desk staff was always welcoming and friendly. Breakfast room staff was friendly. I felt safe in this location, close to subway.

Comfortable but compact. Loved the location and would definitely stay here again. Another shelf in bathroom would be good. Beds were high so not able to sit, a folding chair would be good. Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Rooms were spotless, lovely shower and the beds were so comfortable. Coffee maker in room and breakfast was good. Safe in room and everything you needed. Great location for Central Park and only a block away from metro.Nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square.
não houve. well, i already made a lot of trips around the world but i never had problems like that. i work in a vessel and the sea was horrible when i was going to USA, so i sent a email for them saying that was impossible arrive in my first reservation day, but i said that i was going! and i would pay for this day. when i arrived in la quinta, i found that they had canceled my reservation and had to pay a forfeit.
