New York trip Good location and room was fine.
Breakfast and staff were fantastic!!!!!!! Smallest room I have ever stayed in—but it was clean and great access to the Macy’s day parade!!!!!
Pleasant Local para o cafe muito pequeno as pessoas ficavam apertadas pra comer. A nosso pedido o recepcionista indicou um motorista. Esse motorista foi pessimo corria mto dirigia mto mal e ainda cobrou muito mais do que o combinado. O recepcionista foi muito atencioso e gentil. A localizacao boa.
A reasonably priced property in a good location but don't arrive with high expectations. The room description said it would be 300 square feet of space. The room was tiny - about half of that size. They should be honest about that. I had to keep the windows closed, otherwise the room filled up with cigarette smoke emanating from an adjacent property. The hotel itself does not allow smoking. Décu par rapport à ce que j'avais vu sur le site Booking Chambre extrêmement petite 1 seul ascenseur pour 14 étages et servant en plus pour le service des chambres- Vous pouvez imaginer les attentes: Inacceptable Hall d'accueil très spartiate et très froid où les valises s'amoncellent le jour des départs. Personnel à l'accueil très hétérogènes Salle petit déjeuner trop petite la localisation petit déjeuner compris
Good Hay mucha desorganización en el desayuno, poco espacio para muchos huéspedes. La calefacción estaba muy alta con calefacción central y las ventanas no se podían abrir, eso provocaba un embotamiento en la habitación. No hay heladera en la habitación ni posibilidad de dejar ningún refrigerio en la cocina. La limpieza, el acceso del hotel a los puntos turísticos, la zona y el personal del front desk.
Good Attention la moquette mériterais un nettoyage en profondeur. Je souffre d'allergies et j'ai du prendre mes médicaments d'urgence tous les jours. Déconseillé si vous souffrez d'asthme allergique. Le nettoyage de la chambre est sommaire (ne regardez pas dans les coin) mais suffisant si vous ne souffrez pas de problèmes allergiques. Le personnel est à l'écoute et très disponible. L’hôtel est bien situé (centrale park est juste à côté, 30 min de marche de times square, le métro est tout proche).
Will not stay here again. Room was too small for 3 people, could not walk through the room unless other 2 people were sitting on the bed, window ac did not provide sufficient ventilation or air flow to other section of the room, was told by staff to open the window, radiator in room always warm, closet would not close if you hang clothes inside, could not close bathroom door while using the sink because the bathroom was too small, hallway outside our room was obstructed daily by thand cleaning supply cart, I could go on and ... read more
