I’d never stay at this hotel again and it’s a shame because the location is wonderful. The carpets in the rooms, lobby, common hallways, etc., need a major cleaning, or better yet, need to be redone/updated. The bathroom sink, tub, and toilet need to be replaced. The sink stopper was broken and had to be lifted at an angle so that the water would drain properly. Preis Leistungs OK Die Lage ist Top, zu Fuss ist man in ca. 30minuten beim Times Square der Spaziergang entlang dem Centeral Park ist sehr schön. U-Bahn Station sehr nahe und auch die Top View Busse haben eine Haltestelle in der nähe vom Hotel. Passable mais cher pour le confort Les chambres sont très peu petites et mériterait une rénovation, les chambres sont peu insonorisées, le petit déjeuner est moyen. La proximité de l’hôtel avec le métro.
very accommodating with our late arrival. We were greeted every morning and evening by staff. :o) the beds were lumpy and saggy. There were boiler problems and the water was brown The hotel gave us bottle water. location, the breakfast and the staff. Every staff member was friendly and helpful

Da wir nur nachts zum Schlafen im Hotel waren, war es hinnehmbar. Im Großen und Ganzen hat das Hotel seine Beste Zeit hinter sich und es sind Investitionen überfällig (Zimmertüren, Möbel). Die Fenster sind nicht besonders dicht, wodurch es im Zimmer zieht. Im Bad gibt es keine Heizung / Klimaanlage um den Raum zu heizen. Dadurch ist es im Bad besonders nach dem Duschen nicht besonders angenehm.
