Very Poor Hotelul nu este deloc cum arata in fotografii. Foarte vechi, si murdar. Mobilier defect si vechi. Sertarele nu se inchideau, covorul foarte murdar si plin de pete . Au anulat rezervarea in timp ce eram in taxi de la aeroport spre hotel pe motiv ca fiica mea nu avea 21 de ani. A trebuit sa refac rezervarea din nou si sa mai platesc inca o data suma. Mi-au spus ca voi fi rambursata. Nu recomand nimanui si nici eu nu voi mai merge in acest hotel. Micul dejun e foarte limitat. Doar oua si cereale. Un singur fel de iaur... read more
Poor Old and run down Location
Will definitely not be returning, staff were friendly and location was ok but the hotel needs a complete revamp and a go It wasn’t clean, carpets were filthy, we stayed for 4 nights, no housekeeping for the duration, the room was tiny with the bed pushed up against a wall, no bedside lamp, the bathroom felt as if we were standing outside because of the draft coming in the window, the kids room was freezing. The friendly staff is the only thing this property has going for it
Good position, management to improve Very bad managment, for simple requests like having fresh towels or soap refill every times has taken 2 reminders on 2 consecutives days to have them done. The room a/c has only 2 fan speeds (fast and very fast) and also when setted on heat and max temperature it doesn't heats. The space on restroom is very small. Good position. Good price compared to other hotels in the area. They can stock your baggage from check out until you leave for real.
Rude Staff and Hide info Terrible Experience at This Hotel From the moment we checked in, everything was a disaster. We couldn’t get into our room because of a problem with the door. We had to leave our suitcase at the reception desk with a promise that it would be fixed, but it never was. When we returned at night, the problem persisted. We left after 1 night of our 2 night stay Room was ridiculously small Bathroom door broken and locked my daughter in. Ac extremely loud Noisy in halls and close rooms. Sounded like people trying to get in our room. Extremely long wait for elevator Location only
