Boa localização, mas não me hospedaria novamente. Quarto pequeno, aspecto de velho, vidros sujos, banheiro com mofo, café da manhã super lotado, somente 1 elevador o que dificultava a utilização do mesmo. A localização é ótima para quem quem aproveitar o Central Park.
Nightmare of a stay Everything! from the rooms which were very very small compared to what is shown on the website, There was smell of bleach in the rooms . The corridors were dirty. and carpets stained.The lift broke down twice. Imagine living on 8th floor and pulling luggage down. People got trapped in the lift. The food for breakfast was below average . The toilets were really tiny and the service extremely poor Location

Don't stay there. There is nothing to like. The place should be rated as a junk place. Or to be renovated, maybe 10 years ago. The only good part was a mattress. Not much

Marathon weekend The hotel wasn’t clean. The housekeepers don’t do a good job. I had a sound coming from the toilet which was disturbing my sleep. The seats in the lobby were so dirty and there was a leakage from the roof right in the lobby! The location was the only good part about this hotel. Traveled to New York for the New York City marathon and the hotel was a short walking distance from the exit for marathon runners. Also a train station on 72nd street.

Location can not make up for quality Rooms are tiny!!! Not clean. Drawers were not wiped down, ring in shower and sink doctored with silicone. Bathrooms are "cozy" as per staff, in other words tiny. Shower faucet disconnected from the wall, self fix, but not acceptable. Breakfast was typical. Staff in breakfast room are helpful. overall very Poor value for. Money. The location was great. Morning staff was kind.

The staff makes this place! The bed was really worn. It was so bad that you would literally roll to the center of the bed because of the wear… The location is great and the staff is very friendly!!
