It was below expectations but, tolerable! My stay was for 7 nights!!! I was billed before I got there and they would not undo the bill. I was splitting the bill with a friend, only when I checked out would they make the adjustment. This affected my credit card d billing cycle and I had to pay the bill entire bill and then get a credit. Bathroom was ridiculously small. Towel hook fell out of wall. Could be better, not maintainedn well the corridor to the room was a mess, with not much space to cross with bags, not aesthetic I had a very hard time to open the room door Cant work the TV to show something (but it worked) The shower handle broke down and was not connected The room was clean but not so comfortable and aesthetic windows were dirty Sink is not organized well, need to have some room to put your things Breakfast was very modest, no room to sit, very crowded Location was good Room was clean Bed was comfortable

Bad DIRTY!!! The mattress was stained, towels had stains on them and sheets too. The carpets in the hallwayts were filthy!!!!! The room was so dirty and I booked a2 doubles and had one full. I needed another room which cost me $300 more. This room was just as dirty.

Thankfully was only there one night Very run down, carpets everywhere in rooms and hallways were disgusting. I’m sure Wyndham can afford to replace them! Very overpriced for quality Location

Buena ubicación y precio La organización del hotel no era muy buena, asi como su limpieza, estuvimos un total de 8 noches y nos dieron la opción de que viniesen a limpiar y a arreglarla todos los días y fallaron algunos. El desayuno y su personal, Miriam y Carolina sin duda lo mejor de todo el hotel, nos atendían cada mañana con una sonrisa y su profesionalidad era muy notable, daba gusto empezar el día así.
