Bad
Okay I got my keys and it was someone else’s room. Very scary if you think about it. Then my new room’s lock was busted I had to push hard to open it every time. The heater didn’t work so it was freezing in the room. Breakfast included. Ppl at the breakfast were nice. Some ppl at the reception were nice but others were …let’s say they were complaining about something to each other while I was waiting to buy a soda.
