Really really bad, cannot recommend. Room was very very cold. The heater was really bad. ,The room was tiny. Window was broken. Sheets were stained all over. Carpet was filthy. Second cot requested but denied. requested additional blankets, we were told they would send up but didn't. I came with my wife for work. She couldn't handle it and drove home. Unfortunately I had to be in that location so endured it. Had very little to do with the staff so can't really rate that. I asked for a wake up call and didn't receive it.

Bad מלון עם חדרים קטנים הופננו לחדרים בעת הקבלה צ'ק אין לחדרים שלא נוקו היו עם זבל ללא סדינים לכן נאלצנו שוב ושוב להחליף חדרים בלילה השני הייתה הצפה מהאסלה שוב העברנו לחדר אחר ללא ברירה הסכמנו ללון בחדר קטן זוג במיטת יחיד הובטח לנו שלמחרת נקבל חדר לזוג בבוקר בקבלה הפקידה שמה נעמי בכלל לא ידעה במה מדובר ובלי קשר הייתה עוינת ללא שום כוונה להבין את המצב או לעזור ביקשנו לדהר עם המנהל שדיבר איתנו בטלפון יותר מאוחר בבוקר הבטיח החזר כספי דרך בבוקינג או משהו כזה לא היה מובן איך נקבל להבנתי אין עדין שום עדכון לגבי ההחזר בבקוניג בנוסף... read more

Will never recommend this place. 1- The room is tiny. 2- Not at all mentioned in anyway during the booking (on the contrary - it says free extra bad included and when arrived - not only they said they don't have it, the room is too tiny to have anything extra in it) 3- I've messaged them 3 times that I forgot a coat/jacket in the room - no answer. Nothing! Shame on them!

Very Poor Das Hotel hatte noch nicht einmal Hostel-Qualität. Keine Möglichkeit, 2 Koffer als Gepäck für 2 erwachsene Personen zu verstauen. Das Zimmer und das Bett waren viel zu klein. An einem ausreichenden Brandschutz mit Fluchtmöglichkeiten zweifele ich, da nur 1 einziges Treppenhaus für ein 14stöckiges Gebäude vorhanden ist. Spätestens da gibt es die Note "mangelhaft". Gleichzeitig ein Preis-Verhältnis von mehr als 220 Dollar pro Nacht. Nichts.

Poor Rooms were too small. There was no desk and no chair.

very unsafe and treated very poorly they gave some man my room key. He entered while I was in the shower that is very unsafe and uncalled for. My boyfriend got stuck in the elevator for two hours. I was supposed to receive a refund and never did. I will never stay here again, or recommended to anybody. absolutely nothing.
