Filthy , stay away! Well, where do I start. From the moment I stepped in the room I felt as though I was in a dirty chostel. It was DISGUSTING. Mould on the wall, stained bed sheets, blood stained carpets, windows never been cleaned, towels stained, and to top off the room it was absolutely freezing due to heating not working. Staff were also rude. When we thought the breakfast could make are stay a bit more enjoyable, we soon found out, we was very wrong. This room was not worth the amount of money I paid to stay there. This room wasn’t clean enough for my comfort and what I’m used to. Location and close to where I needed to go.

Very Poor The girl at the reception was rude and not helpful. Every time we needed support she was playing on her phone and talking to friends while we waited. Then the hotel DOUBLE charged us on our accommodation. I have been on the phone for 3 days trying to get the second charge reversed off of my credit card but I KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND. Bad El hotel esta bien antigua las habitaciones y tambien super pequeñas para parejas, no lo recomiendo.
Not a good night sleep We stay in a King size bed on the 9th floor (Room #907). Every few hours a loud and ratteling noise, vibrate through the wall behind the bed. this noise lasted a minute or two, that woke us up each time. The receptationist that worked at night, when we arrived, was very young, unprofessional and not nice. Location and size of the room was good. Also the price per night was good
